Returns + Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 2 business days to give you instructions on how to do so. Please note, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges or online store credit for items that are returned. We do not provide refunds.
What if I received damaged, defective or incorrect items in my shipment?
We stand behind all of our products. If you find an item you purchased online is damaged, defective or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 30-day return policy for all damaged or defective items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to email@example.com with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your invoice number.

When will my order ship & arrive?
We strive to ship your online order within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed (this excludes holidays and weekends). If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 7 business days. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Canada and to the U.S.
Can I change/cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel an order, you have up to 3 hours to get in touch from the time you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made outside of the 3-hour window, the original order may be processed and shipped. Please email email@example.com for any questions or concerns.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
We use Canada Post Expedited shipping in Canada. Standard shipping takes 3-5 days. Shipping will be longer if you are located in the United States. If you have ordered a custom order, it will take 24-26 days.
Where can I find my store credit balance?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about an online credit balance or to have store credit transferred over to online.
What if my package is lost?
Once Canada Post picks up our packages, it is then their responsibility for lost and/or misplaced packages. But we’re here to help! We can launch an investigation with Canada Post and ensure your heirloom pieces get to you. (Please note these investigations take up to 5 business days to be settled.)

How/where are our products made?
All 8 Knots Jewelry are designed, hand made and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Do you wholesale?
At this time, we don't have plans to wholesale or distribute 8 Knots Jewelry outside of our own retail channels.
